1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all orders and sales contracts concluded through the Glamlips Beauty online store (hereinafter “Glamlips Beauty,” “we,” or “us”).
Glamlips Beauty sells cosmetic products to both individual customers (B2C) and businesses and commercial customers (B2B).
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Any terms and conditions provided by the customer shall apply only if Glamlips Beauty has expressly agreed to them in writing.

3. Services and Products
Glamlips Beauty offers cosmetic products for sale, particularly products for the care and beautification of the lips and face.
The presentation of products in the online store generally constitutes an invitation to place an order and does not necessarily constitute a legally binding offer.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Minor variations in color, packaging, design, or appearance may occur, particularly due to differences in screen settings.
Be sure to review the product specifications, ingredients, usage instructions, and warnings provided for each product before use.
Cosmetic products must be used exclusively for their intended purpose.
4. Order and Conclusion of the Contract
The customer can select the desired products in the online store and add them to the shopping cart.
Before completing the order, the selected products, quantities, prices, shipping costs, and other order details will be displayed. Any input errors can be corrected before the order is completed.
By clicking the appropriately labeled order button, the customer places a binding order.
Receipt of the order is confirmed electronically. The automatic order confirmation does not, in principle, constitute acceptance of the order.
The contract is concluded as soon as Glamlips Beauty expressly accepts the order or hands over the ordered goods for shipment, unless otherwise specified in individual cases.
If an ordered product is unavailable, the customer will be notified. Any payments already made for unavailable products will be refunded.
5. Prices
All prices listed in the online store are in Swiss francs (CHF), unless another currency is expressly specified.
Unless otherwise required by law, the prices listed include Swiss value-added tax.
Any additional costs, particularly shipping costs, are clearly displayed during the ordering process.
For international orders, additional import duties, customs duties, taxes, processing fees, or customs clearance costs may apply in the respective destination country. These costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise expressly stated during the ordering process.
6. Terms of Payment
Glamlips Beauty accepts the payment methods offered in its online store.
Currently, the following payment options are available in particular:

- Credit Card
- Prepayment
- Various
- Regular Customers; Invoice
If you choose to pay in advance, the invoice amount must be paid within the timeframe specified during the ordering process.
If payment is not received by the due date, Glamlips Beauty may cancel the order.
For credit card payments and TWINT, the payment is processed through the respective payment service provider. The terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider also apply.
7. Delivery and Shipping
Glamlips Beauty ships to the countries listed in the online store.
The available shipping methods, delivery times, and shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.
Unless expressly stated as binding, the delivery times provided are approximate.
If delivery delays occur due to circumstances beyond Glamlips Beauty’s control—in particular, due to supply shortages, force majeure, customs clearance, strikes, or other events outside Glamlips Beauty’s control—the delivery period will be extended accordingly.
For international shipments, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipment can be legally imported into the destination country.
Glamlips Beauty assumes no responsibility for delays, seizures, or additional costs resulting from customs authorities or the import regulations of the destination country.
8. Refusal of Acceptance and Undeliverable Mail
If a customer refuses to accept a shipment without a valid reason, or if the shipment cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information, Glamlips Beauty may bill the customer for the resulting additional costs, to the extent permitted by law.
This applies in particular to additional shipping, return, storage, or customs clearance costs.
9. No Voluntary Right of Return
Glamlips Beauty generally does not offer a voluntary right of return or exchange.
Exchanges or returns based on reasons such as not liking the item, choosing the wrong color, ordering the wrong item, or a change of mind are generally not permitted.
In particular, for cosmetic products that have already been opened or used, returns are not accepted for reasons of hygiene and product safety.
The customer’s rights under applicable law remain reserved.
For customers in countries where mandatory statutory rights of withdrawal, return, or other consumer protection rights apply, these rights remain unaffected.
10. Statutory Rights Regarding Defects
The customer should check the ordered products for completeness and obvious damage as soon as possible after receiving them.
Glamlips Beauty must be notified as soon as possible of any obvious shipping damage or incorrect deliveries.
In the case of defective products, the statutory warranty rights apply, unless they are effectively limited or specifically regulated by these Terms and Conditions within the scope permitted by law.
Depending on the nature of the defect, Glamlips Beauty may offer, among other things, a repair, a replacement, or another legally permissible solution.
To the extent permitted by law, no warranty applies to damage caused by improper storage, incorrect use, failure to follow the instructions for use, or other improper handling after delivery.
11. Special Considerations for Cosmetic Products
Cosmetic products may only be used in accordance with the instructions for use provided on the packaging, on the product itself, or in the online store.
Before use, pay particular attention to information regarding ingredients, allergens, warnings, and restrictions on use.
If you have a known hypersensitivity or allergy to certain ingredients, do not use the product in question.
Glamlips Beauty assumes no liability for reactions resulting from individual intolerance or allergies, unless otherwise required by law.
If an unexpected skin reaction or other health problems occur, stop using the affected product immediately and seek medical advice if necessary.
Keep these products out of the reach of children, unless otherwise indicated on the packaging.
12. Liability
Glamlips Beauty is liable for damages only to the extent required by mandatory statutory provisions.
To the extent permitted by law, liability for slight negligence is excluded.
In particular, to the extent permitted by law, Glamlips Beauty is not liable for damages resulting from improper use, incorrect storage, failure to follow product instructions, or individual sensitivities.
The limitations of liability do not apply to the extent that liability is required by law, in particular in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, or to the extent that the law mandates broader liability.
13. Retention of Title
The delivered goods remain the property of Glamlips Beauty until the purchase price has been paid in full, to the extent that a retention of title is permitted by law.
14. Business Customers
For orders placed by companies or other commercial customers, the statutory provisions governing B2B transactions apply.
Companies are required to inspect the goods they receive immediately upon receipt and to report any apparent defects as soon as possible.
To the extent permitted by law, commercial customers are not subject to any consumer protection provisions that apply exclusively in favor of consumers.
15. Intellectual Property
All content on the Glamlips Beauty online store—including, but not limited to, text, images, product descriptions, logos, graphics, designs, and other content—is protected by copyright or other legal rights.
The use, reproduction, modification, or distribution of this content is not permitted without the prior consent of Glamlips Beauty, unless otherwise permitted by law.
16. Data Protection
Glamlips Beauty processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.
Details regarding the collection, processing, and use of personal data, as well as the rights of data subjects, are set forth in Glamlips Beauty’s separate Privacy Policy.
The Privacy Policy is part of the online store’s legal information, but it is a separate document.
17. Availability of the Online Store
Glamlips Beauty strives to ensure that its online store is available with as few disruptions as possible.
However, we cannot guarantee that the service will be available at all times and without interruption.
In particular, maintenance work, technical malfunctions, security issues, or events beyond Glamlips Beauty’s control may result in temporary restrictions.
18. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
Glamlips Beauty may amend these Terms and Conditions if necessary for objective reasons, in particular due to changes in legal provisions, business operations, or technical developments.
For contracts that have already been concluded, the General Terms and Conditions in effect at the time the contract was entered into generally apply.
19. Governing Law
Swiss law shall generally apply to all legal relationships between Glamlips Beauty and the customer, excluding conflict-of-laws provisions to the extent permitted by law.
With respect to consumers, mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which the consumer in question has his or her habitual residence remain unaffected, to the extent that such mandatory provisions are applicable to the contract in question.
20. Jurisdiction
To the extent permitted by law, the place of business of Glamlips Beauty shall be the venue for all disputes arising out of or in connection with contractual relationships.
For consumer contracts, the mandatory statutory provisions regarding jurisdiction apply.
21. Severability Clause
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is or becomes invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
In place of the invalid or unenforceable provision, a provision that comes as close as possible to the economic purpose of the original provision shall be deemed agreed upon, to the extent permitted by law.
22. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions, together with the respective order and the product information provided in the online store, form the basis of the respective contractual relationship.
The version of these Terms and Conditions in effect at the time of the order shall apply.
